Custom Manufacturing Capacity 1: Ultra big size CNC waterjet cutting
Water jet cutting technology, which takes water as a cutter, is originally called high-pressure water jet cutting technology. This technology originated in the United States. Used in aerospace military industry. Because the cold cutting will not change the physical and chemical properties of materials, it is popular. After continuous improvement of the technology, pomegranate sand was mixed in high-pressure water, which greatly improved the cutting speed and thickness of the water knife. Now water jet has been widely used in optical glass production line.

1).The water jet belongs to the cold cutting process, which will not generate heat in the cutting process, so it will not make the glass deformed and discolored due to the heat in the cutting process
2).The cutting gap of the water knife is very small, about 1 mm. The cutting surface is smooth and smooth, and there is no need for secondary processing.
3).The cutting ability of the water knife is very strong. When cutting with pomegranate sand, the thickness of glass can be cut up to 200 mm
