Description
The RAY-SEM4000Pro is an analytical thermal field emission scanning electron microscope equipped with a high-brightness and long-life Schottky field emission electron gun. Due to its three-stage magnetic lens design, it demonstrates significant advantages in applications such as EDS (Energy Dispersive Spectroscopy), EBSD (Electron Backscatter Diffraction), and WDS (Wavelength Dispersive Spectroscopy). It comes standard with a low-vacuum mode, along with a high-performance lowvacuum secondary electron detector and an insertable backscattered electron detector, enabling the observation of samples with weak or no electrical conductivity.
Main feature
• Vacuum mode: High and low vacuum for a variety of sample environments.
• Field analysis: Study of real world conditions (moisture, wetness, reactivity).
• Dual EDS detectors: simultaneous elemental and crystallographic analysis.
